I have multilevel degenerative disc disease in the C4-C6 cervical region (with a disc protrusion in C4) resulting from a whiplash injury,consequent to a car accident in 2002. I experience painful headaches, blurred vision, numbness and pins and needles in my left shoulder and down my arm, as well as ongoing pain in the neck, shoulders and chest. I have been visiting Efrat Sudai for about one and a half years.
For me, she has worked miracles, and I recommend her as a practitioner, wholeheartedly.
My first visit with Efrat, was my first acupuncture session and surprisingly calming. I was lying down and after a short while asked, “When do the needles go in?” Efrat said, “They are in already.” So there is no pain or discomfort associated with the needles. A few days after treatment, virtually all of my symptoms subsided. Over time, the symptoms do return, but during those pain free periods I can concentrate on strengthening my neck muscles to support the affected joints. This is helping to get my life back as it was before the accident. Efrat’s wise and gentle nature is comforting and reassuring.

I received a gift voucher from my husband for a massage. Instead of a massage Efrat suggested acupuncture since I had a severe headache. I walked out without a headache, that was 3 years ago. Prior to this I had suffered a knee injury after a fall.
I put up with the pain and swelling for 2 years. After a couple of treatments I was pain free and could bend my leg once more.
